While TBF focuses on artist management and development, it also offers production, vocal arrangement, access to recording studios, and entertainment consulting as supplemental services to help ensure the success of each artist.

Utilizing eight years of experience as an artist in the music industry, TBF's founder Romeo Gain has the necessary knowledge and level of expertise to give guidance to up and coming artists as well as those who have been around for a while and feel like they have not made much progress.

Deep involvement with events such as the Prime Motivation High School Tour, Extreme Autofest, and cultural events have allowed the exposure of local and national artists such as Lil Flip, Jin and Marlon Dane across many different venues around the nation.
